Triton Audio Launches Tilt EQ

The Netherlands (August 11, 2026)—Triton Audio, likely best known for its FetHead inline mic preamp, has a new mic product out today: The Tilt EQ, an inline, phantom-powered EQ and microphone booster.

Tilt EQ is based around a simple, one-knob design, the idea being that instead of tweaking multiple EQ bands, users simply turn a single knob, adjusting the frequency balance from Low to High, helping to refine a microphone’s tonal signature without complex settings or technical distractions.  As with any EQ, using the knob intuitively allows the user to find the desired amount warmth and body, clarity and articulation and so on.

Additionally, the Tilt EQ also reportedly boosts a microphone’s output by +22 dB of clean gain, and can be put to use on dynamic, ribbon and tube microphones.
